BOKO HARAM FACTION DECLARES CEASEFIRE A faction of the deadly Boko Haram sect today in Maidugiri the Borno state capital declared ceasefire after a meeting with top officials of the state government. The deal was announced around 3:00 pm. Boko Haram has caused death of persons and properties.
