JONATHAN DECLARES STATE OF EMERGENCY IN BORNO, YOBE, ADAMAWA STATES The Federal Government has declared states of emergency in Borno, Yobe and Adamawa states. In a broadcast tuesday evening, President Goodluck Jonathan said the decision to declare the state of emergency was necesitated by the worsening security situations in the states.
