AIR NIGERIA SUSPENDS OPERATIONS, SACKS WORKERS AIR NIGERIA has announced that from September 10 it will suspend all flight operations. Chairman of the company Jimoh Ibrahim said at some points organisations need to re-strategise. He attributed the development to disloyalty by the workers and harsh business environment. AirNigeria also sacked majority of the workers and regretted the development. It was gathered that only 50 workers were retained. AirNigeria first suspended domestic and regional flights earlier in the year when its pilots embarked on a strike.
