RIVER NIGER OVERFLOWS, CUTS ABUJA-LOKOJA HIGHWAY INTO TWO River-Niger has overflew its banks in Lokoja, the Kogi State capital. As a result, heavy flooding has occured leaving most of the areas with water. Also the ever-busy Abuja-Lokoja-Okene highway has been cut into two. The pressure from the river was much.
