NEMA ORDERS IMMEDIATE EVACUATION OF RIVER NIGER RESIDENTS From the National Emergency Management Agency(NEMA) came an alert Monday evening urging residents of River Niger plains to vacate their houses and seek for refuge elsewhere as dams have crossed their water levels in 29 years.
