KILLER-PHONE NUMBER: POLICE DISMISS RUMOUR, ARREST MESSAGE ORIGINATOR The sms circulating in most parts of the country that the Boko Haram sect is using a particular phone to kill members of the public is all ruse, the Police has said. The Police said that the owner of the phone number and the originator(a boy) of the message have been arrested. People have been sending panic message urging their loved ones not to receive calls from a certain phone number. The message also claimed that so far the killer-number have killed 5 people in Kwara state, but the Police dismissed this.
